I can’t wait to hear from you!

FAQ

This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.

It's completely ok! Let's stay in contact so I can help you manage expectations and make your day enjoyable. I always encourage my clients to bring a friend or family member if they wish, to help with posing, dogs, toys, music, anything you need to have some fun.

What should I wear?

It depends on the season and where we're going to be. I encourage my clients to feel comfortable in what they choose knowing that it might get dirty or wet. If there are no pets, you can up your style a little more!

How many pictures will I receive?

A question I always get - expect to have at least 100 high resolution images from me. It's not uncommon that I deliver 200-300 photos, but it all depends on the interactions and the different angles and situations that I can capitalize on. I will not set a maximum for you and anything that I think looks good, I always add into your gallery.

Are you available outside of Buffalo, NY?

Yes! I will commute about 70 miles outside of Buffalo before I add on a travel fee for your shoot. Please reach out to me to discuss your plans and I will work with you to make it happen.

Do you do couples photography?

Yes! I am not just a Canine guy! I photograph couples for engagement or just because, I photograph kids, and on occasion I do weddings too! Contact me for a custom package.

How do I get my dog ready for a shoot?

Depending on when we shoot, I usually recommend NOT feeding your dog, especially if we shoot in the morning or in the evening. Your pup is going to be working and having a heavy stomach while taking in lots of air and / or water is not ideal. Bring toys if they are motivated by toys, bring treats if they are motivated by food, and bring a friend or a partner that can help make the shoot fun for you and your dog!

My dog is not very well trained...

That's ok! I ask you to be up front and honest about how well your dog is trained. This will help me determine location which important for more than just the look of your photos. I will not judge you if your dog doesn't respond to your commands or is a little intimidated by strangers - it's better that I know! All of my photos have different situations and you'd be surprised to know which dogs are trained and which dogs are not!

What goes into your pricing?

My time, editing, storage and delivery of photos, and my creative process.

How long will you keep my gallery on your website?

I keep your photos up for six (6) months. In that time, it is up to you to download them on to a device or server of your choice. After six (6) months, there is a $50 fee to re-upload.
